AI Agent

Environment administrators only.

The AI Agent mode configures the behavior of the environment’s AI Assistant. It has 5 sections:

  • Identity & personality — who the assistant is: its role, mission and tone
  • System instructions — the rules the assistant must always follow
  • Starter questions — the 4 suggestion cards displayed on the chat welcome screen
  • Guardrails — the questions the assistant must refuse, with an optional custom refusal message
  • Assistant Skills — the skills (in Markdown) the assistant can use

A selector at the top of the screen lets you choose the assistant to configure. Today, a single Main assistant is active per environment.
